Activities

A1 — Preparatory visit

2 club representatives visit the partner organisation on Zlatibor to agree on the programme and prepare for the main mobility.

A2 — Job shadowing

4 participants spend 8 days at the partner organisation observing daily club operations — flight organisation, safety briefings and mentoring of pilots of all ages.

Goals

  • Observe how flight training, club flying and daily work with pilots are organised on Zlatibor
  • Learn how safety briefings, risk assessment and responsible flying culture are practised in a grassroots setting
  • Improve Paradigma Krapina's internal instructor practices and documentation
  • Strengthen regional cooperation with paragliding organisations in Serbia

Project results will be published on this website. All materials include the Erasmus+ logo and a note about funding by the European Union.
